Declared Value & Liability Disclaimer

All customers are required to declare the value of items being shipped at the time of drop-off. Declared value represents the maximum amount payable in the event of loss or missing contents. Declared values cannot be added, changed, or increased after drop-off. If no value is declared at drop-off, maximum coverage is limited to USD $100 per shipment, regardless of the actual or claimed value of the contents.

Limitation of Liability

The company’s responsibility for loss or missing items is strictly limited to the declared value stated at drop-off or USD $100 if no value is declared. AirMeetSea LLC will not be held responsible for any amount exceeding the declared value or for values claimed after loss or discovery.

Packing List Requirement

Customers must provide a detailed packing list for D Containers, E Containers, and Barrels. Packing lists must include item descriptions, quantities, and approximate values. Failure to provide a packing list may result in delays or limited claim consideration.

Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging of all self-packed shipments. The company is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packing.

Jamaica Customs Clearance – TRN Requirement

Customers must provide a valid Jamaican TRN (Tax Registration Number) for customs clearance. Failure to provide a TRN may result in clearance delays, storage charges, or customs holds.
