This Privacy Policy applies to information we process when you visit our website, register for or use an account, use our mobile applications, or interact with our logistics services as an authorized business partner, courier, or staff member.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account and registration data: name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials when you register for or use an account.
- Business and shipment data: shipment details, tracking numbers, package descriptions, weights and dimensions, sender and recipient details, delivery addresses, and related documentation such as manifests and air waybills.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us by email, phone, or through the Services.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, and timestamps of activity.
- Operational activity data: for staff and courier accounts, actions performed in the WMS (such as receiving, packing, check-in, and dispatch events) are logged with the acting user and time for operational accountability.
- Camera and scanning data (mobile apps): our mobile applications may request camera access to scan barcodes and capture package photos. Images and scans are used solely for logistics operations. Camera access is optional and controlled through your device settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies necessary for authentication, security, and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including receiving, tracking, consolidation, fulfillment, and dispatch of shipments;
- To create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- To communicate with you about shipments, service updates, and support requests;

- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or unauthorized use;
- To analyze and improve the performance and reliability of the Services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Logistics partners and carriers: shipment and recipient details are shared with carriers, couriers, and consolidation partners as necessary to move and deliver shipments.
- Government authorities: customs, transportation, and other authorities where required for import/export processing or by law.
- Service providers: vendors that host our infrastructure or support our operations, bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AMS, our partners, or others.

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and maintain required business and operational records, and thereafter as required by applicable law (including customs, tax, and transportation record-keeping requirements). Operational logs and shipment records may be retained for extended periods to preserve chain-of-custody documentation. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access controls, and role-based permissions within the WMS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us immediately at info@airmeetsea.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

- Device permissions: camera and other device permissions used by our mobile applications can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. International Data Transfers

9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or interact with third-party carrier systems. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
